2025-2026 | Musical Minds

In 2012, our humble program began with 4 kids and 4 teachers. This year, we are providing lessons to more than 40 students with a team of over 30 instructors. This growth would not be possible without each of our wonderful instructors, who are not only excellent music teachers but also dedicated youth mentors who continually strive to make music education more accessible in our community. We are a group of energetic, dedicated student volunteers from the University of Toronto who share a passion for music and love working with kids. This team of individuals have all achieved accreditation equivalent to the Royal Conservatory of Music Grade 8 or higher, have formal education in music theory, and have experience working closely with children.

We are recognized by Ulife, University of Toronto Students' Union (UTSU),The Co-Curricular Record (CCR), and the Faculty of Music Undergraduate Education (FMUA). We are always recruiting enthusiastic instructors. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to hear from you!
